What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order details. Checkout is handled by Payhip, our store platform.
• Payment details: card payments are processed by Stripe through Payhip. WYLA never sees or stores your full card number.
• Customer accounts: if you create an account to view your order history, it's hosted by Payhip.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• When you browse: this site is hosted by Netlify, which may log basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running. Payhip's checkout may use cookies needed for checkout to work. WYLA doesn't run its own advertising trackers or analytics.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, answer your questions, provide customer service, and keep records we're required to keep for tax and accounting. We don't sell your personal information.

Who else handles it

Only the services that make the shop work: Payhip (store and checkout), Stripe (payments), and Netlify (website hosting). Each has its own privacy policy, linked here.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing wyla.contact@gmail.com. Some order records may need to be kept for tax purposes.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
